While back sleeping, the extra firm fiber filled roll for neck support contours to fit the shoulders. For side sleepers or those who prefer the comfort of a traditional fiber or feather pillow, simply rotate the support lobe away from the neck. The fiber filled larger section gently cradles your head with down-like comfort and can be used to adjust to sleeping on the firm cervical lobe.
